Plank- the name says it all. It is basically you come into your push up position and stay there for few seconds to minutes. If you are a complete beginner then stay in that position for one or two breaths, once you get comfortable increase the timing. you will definitely feel your core.
Table- this will also slightly workout your arms and legs since you whole middle part will be supported by them. Lie down on your back and bring you knees up, place your palms, facing down, beside you and with full force push yourself up. you can stay like that for some time and repeat, if you want extra challenging sway a little side to side.
Cobra- well this one is quite simple. All you have to do is lie down on your belly and come into your half push up position that is only using your hands and resting your legs. Try leaning backwards as much as you can. But do not force yourself too much!!
So these are the ones you can fit into your daily lives, it will take about 5-15 minutes depending on how long you want them to last. Beginners can start with 5 minutes and then slowly move up to 15. Hope you all like and enjoy these great workouts and let me know how it feels.
