There is commentary on current fitness trends and products, but the greatest thing about Women’s Fitness are the range of exercises introduced in the health and wellness magazine. Not only does Women’s Fitness give tips and hints for workouts, but they clearly demonstrate each exercise and offer step-by-step instructions.

The magazine also addresses the health and wellness of women’s relationships, self confidence, and emotional well being. Shape also offers a little beauty and fashion advice directed toward women striving to improve their lives by living a healthy lifestyle.
